Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receiving your order confirmation email.

All garments and items sold by Blackpear Apparel Ltd are made to order so please allow us 7 to 10 days from order date to create you order. We will then ship/arrange collection of your order.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Large Parcel (more than 4 Items) – DPD - £9.00

Small Parcel – 1st Class Royal Mail - £5.50

Small Parcel – 2nd Class Royal Mail - £3.50

• Delivery is within 7/10 working days of your order being placed, due to personalisation

• Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

• BFPO delivery is available on Standard Delivery

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@blackpearapparel.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note that due to the current postal strikes and around the festive period there may be delays to delivery that are out of our hands. We endeavour to ensure that your items are delivered on time.
